Importing sales history

ResaleAI can set smart sales goals for you based on your sales from the equivalent last year (always comparing to the same day of the week, so a Saturday is compared to a Saturday).

If your store is new to ResaleAI, you may need to import your past sales from DRS first, before you can set up ResaleAI's magic goals.

Here's how to import your past sales:

• Go to a POS computer
• Click the Windows Start button, and look for the ResaleAI folder in the list of all programs
• Click ResaleAI, then click "Import Sales History".

(You can also click the search icon and search for "Import Sales History" if you don't see it right away)

• When asked if you would like to import sales history, type "Y", then hit enter to run
• This should only take a couple minutes, and you should see a progress bar as it imports. You can continue to use the POS computer, just don't close out of the import window
• After it finishes, it may ask if you would like to import inventory items. This isn't needed! You can close out

Open ResaleAI, and go to the Goal settings to ensure you see your past sales show up.

You may need to refresh if you already had ResaleAI open, so it can load the sales.

Now you're ready to start the magic!
